Your Christmas Market Team
What does the health-concept look like?
As it is a closed area, the general regulations apply to the Christmas market, which you already know from visits to restaurants and beer gardens. The online registrations of the visitors allow us to follow up in the event of an emergency. The concept also includes a one-way street system through the Christmas market, distance markings, enough space between the stalls, several disinfection options on the market, cleaning of dishes in industrial machines at high washing temperatures, etc. Our security staff and our hygiene officers regularly check compliance. We took all measures to ensure that the market does not lose its romantic atmosphere and that the stay remains pleasant and safe.
Do the purchased tickets for 2020 lose their validity?
Your tickets remain valid, and we offer you an additional bonus due to the unique situation: You can use your tickets from the “Christmas Market 2020” as a “Premium Ticket” for the “Christmas Market 2021. ” That means you can redeem the ticket regardless of its original classification on any market day and at all admission times. On top, you will receive a mulled wine voucher for each ticket you purchase (except for reduced and free tickets).
Is there a mask obligation?
Masks are only compulsory in the bridge, entrance and restrooms. Please bring your most festive mask with you.
